I just had a big argument with my friend, and I 'blew off some steam', more like 'went on an emotional outrage' and now I just feel like the rumors at school about me being really mean are true... I don't know why I just went out and yelled at her through email, but I did, and now there's no going back... I'd love some pieces of advice on how to treat my 'outbursts' so I don't lose more friends than I already have...

No, I don't have depression(I seriously don't), I just have very very very 'violent'('violent' meaning very intense) mood swings.
